Current roles
The Niagara Institute: I rejoined The Niagara Institute in 2005 as an Associate in the role of feedback coach and executive coach. I had previously been an executive coach from 1996 to 2003, and took a two year leave of absence to write my book, Living Through Transitions: Harnessing your courage at a personal crossroads.
DBM Canada: I have been an Associate Consultant at DBM, a career transition services firm, since October 2001, where I provide on-site consulting for public, not-for-profit and private sector clients.
